Welcome to Rafter JB. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Rafter JB website and your purchase of products from our online store.

By accessing or using the Rafter JB website, placing an order, or purchasing a product from Rafter JB, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

1. About Rafter JB

Rafter JB is an independently operated lifestyle brand offering apparel, accessories, books, planners, home goods, outdoor lifestyle products, and other merchandise.

Some Rafter JB products may be made to order and/or produced and fulfilled through third-party manufacturing and fulfillment partners.

2. Use of Our Website

You agree to use the Rafter JB website only for lawful purposes.

You may not:

  • Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website, systems, or accounts

  • Interfere with the operation or security of the website

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit website content without permission

  • Use automated systems to scrape or reproduce website content without authorization

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

  • Use our website to violate the rights of Rafter JB or another person or business

Rafter JB reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the website if these Terms are violated.

3. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, pricing, colors, sizes, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, product colors may appear differently depending on your device or screen, and minor variations may occur between product images and physical products.

Rafter JB does not guarantee that product information will always be completely free of typographical, technical, or other errors.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, change product specifications, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and payment information when placing an order.

Rafter JB reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary due to circumstances such as pricing errors, product availability issues, payment problems, or suspected fraudulent activity.

If Rafter JB cancels an order because of an error on our part, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Orders and Order Cancellations

By placing an order through the Rafter JB website, you agree to purchase the selected products.

NO CANCELLATIONS WHATSOEVER ON ORDERS.

Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be canceled, modified, or changed.

Many Rafter JB products may enter production or fulfillment shortly after an order is placed. For this reason, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated after an order has been submitted.

Please carefully review your order, shipping address, product selection, size, color, and other information before completing checkout.

6. Returns

Rafter JB offers a 30-day return policy.

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition in which you received it

  • Be unworn and unused

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Be accompanied by a receipt or other proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.

Starting a Return

Please do not send an item back without first contacting Rafter JB and receiving return instructions.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, Rafter JB will provide instructions regarding where and how to return your item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on standard returns and exchanges.

Rafter JB does not reimburse return shipping costs for returns due to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selected

  • Incorrect color or style selected

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • An item no longer being wanted

  • Other reasons not caused by an error on the part of Rafter JB

If an item is returned because it was damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise received due to an error by Rafter JB, Rafter JB will determine the appropriate return shipping resolution.

7. Store Credit and Exchanges

Rafter JB does not generally provide cash or original-payment refunds for standard returns.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, an eligible returned item may be exchanged for another item or may qualify for store credit.

Store Credit

Approved standard returns may be issued as store credit rather than a refund to the original payment method.

Exchanges

If you choose to exchange your item for another product:

  • If the replacement item costs less than the original item, the difference will be issued as store credit.

  • If the replacement item costs more than the original item, you are responsible for paying the difference.

  • A $9 reshipping fee applies to exchanges and is the responsibility of the customer.

The $9 reshipping fee must be paid before the replacement item is shipped.

All returned items must meet the return requirements listed in this policy.

8. Refunds

As a small business, Rafter JB does not offer full refunds for standard returns.

Full refunds are generally limited to qualifying situations involving damaged or defective merchandise, or an error by Rafter JB, subject to review.

If a qualifying damaged, defective, or incorrect item is confirmed, Rafter JB may provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Refunds, when approved, will generally be issued to the original payment method.

Rafter JB reserves the right to review each situation individually before approving a refund, replacement, exchange, or store credit.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

9. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.

If your item is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

  • Significantly different from what you ordered

Please provide your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging when applicable.

We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Depending on the circumstances, the resolution may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

If the issue is determined to be the result of an error by Rafter JB or a manufacturing defect, Rafter JB will provide appropriate instructions regarding return shipping.

Do not return a damaged, defective, or incorrect item unless Rafter JB provides return instructions.

10. Items That Cannot Be Returned

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, items may not be eligible for return if they:

  • Have been worn

  • Have been washed

  • Have been used

  • Are missing tags

  • Are missing original packaging

  • Show signs of damage caused by the customer

  • Are returned after the 30-day return period

  • Were sent back without prior return approval

Additional restrictions may apply to certain products.

11. Shipping and Delivery

Rafter JB works with third-party shipping and fulfillment providers for certain products.

Estimated production and shipping times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless specifically stated otherwise.

Rafter JB is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Carrier delays

  • Severe weather

  • Natural disasters

  • Holidays

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

  • Customs delays

  • Government actions

  • Other circumstances outside our reasonable control

12. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Because no order cancellations are permitted, customers should carefully review their shipping information before completing checkout.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipment may be available at the customer's expense.

Additional shipping charges may apply.

13. Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking information confirms that a package has been delivered, Rafter JB is not responsible for packages that are subsequently lost or stolen, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier.

14. Intellectual Property

All content appearing on the Rafter JB website, including but not limited to:

  • Rafter JB names and logos

  • Brand elements

  • Product designs

  • Graphics

  • Photographs

  • Illustrations

  • Written content

  • Product descriptions

  • Website layout

  • Marketing materials

is owned by or licensed to Rafter JB unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, or commercially exploit Rafter JB intellectual property without prior written permission.

15. User-Submitted Content

If you submit reviews, photographs, comments, testimonials, suggestions, or other content to Rafter JB, you represent that you have the right to provide that content.

By submitting content, you grant Rafter JB a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, modify, publish, and distribute that content for business and marketing purposes.

Rafter JB reserves the right to remove content that is unlawful, misleading, inappropriate, or otherwise inconsistent with our business or these Terms.

Rafter JB does not control third-party websites or services and is not responsible for their content, policies, security, availability, or practices.

From time to time, Rafter JB may offer promotions, discounts, coupon codes, giveaways, or other special offers.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Promotions cannot be combined

  • Promotions have no cash value

  • Promotions may have expiration dates
